- This is a Presolicitation Notice for Commercial Travel Office (CTO) Contract Services at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. The solicitation for this effort will be issued on or about 02 Apr 04 with a closing date on or about 03 May 04. The solicitation will be available from the Federal Business Opportunities web site. The following is a description of the services required: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform the management and operation of a Commercial Travel Office (CTO) providing a range of commercial travel reservations and ticketing services for DOD activities. The CTO will provide travel services for customers traveling pursuant to official duty travel orders. The CTO shall provide travel services for leisure travel only in conjunction with official travel. The CTO shall interface with the Traffic Management Office (TMO) for all official Government travel arrangements.
