- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 331491.This requirement will be procured on a sole-source basis. Note 22 applies to Component Technology & Machine Design Inc. for the acquisition of 120 Fine Wire RTD probes for a Thermosonde with .000135 diameter platinum coated tungsten wire soldered between two nickel-plated stainless steel posts running the length of the outer stainless steel housing. To include assembly, aluminum housing, testing of all units, packaging and shipping. Delivery required is FOB Destination (Tracy, AFRL/VSOSR, Bldg 1110, Hanscom AFB, MA 01731) within 30 days after award. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the contracting officer. Offers may be faxed to Kathleen M.
