Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined Synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. The solicitation is FA3030-04-T-0023, issued as a request for quotation. Responses/offers are due by 9 April 2004. Please visit www.eps.gov and register to automatically receive procurement notification from EPS. The system will inform you, via e-mail, when there has been activity on EPS concerning this solicitation. Solicitation provisions are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 97-15 and DCN 20000210. The acquisition is Full and Open with a NAICS Code of 333313. CLIN 0001 Copier Lease, Xerox. Unit #4 Digipath PC & Make Ready Table. Quantity of six months CLIN 0101 Copier Lease, Xerox. Docutech 6135 with Digipath Pro. Includes 400,000 copies with overages at $_____ per copy. Includes supplies less paper, staples and tape. Includes equipment installation in Bldg 337 Rm. 117 and operator training. Includes maintenance support. Due to USAF Security requirements, hard drives will become the property of the Air Force. Quantity of Six months. CLIN 0102 Copier Lease, Xerox. Docutech 6135 with Digipath Pro. Unit #1: DocuTech 6135 Publisher; DocuTech Binder/Finisher; 10 Base T Thin Net Kit; mobility rails; IOT Heat Vent Kit. Includes 400,00 copies with overages at $______ per copy. Includes supplies less paper, staples and tape. Includes equipment installation in Bldg 337 Rm. 117 and operator training. Includes maintenance support. Due to USAF Security requirements, hard drives will become the property of the Air Force. Quantity of six Months. CLIN 0103 Copier Lease, Xerox. Unit #2 Docutech 6135 Controller.
