Description

Furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform full-depth pavement recycling, excavation and backfill, and installation of machine-placed bituminous concrete, together with incidental and related work as shown on the drawings for the East and West Cemetery at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical and Regional Office Center, Togus, Maine. Work includes all excavation, backfill, and road construction. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with plans and specification. Completion Time: 25 days. Work must be completed by May 26, 2004 so as to allow access for Memorial Day Ceremonies. Construction Cost Range: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. NAICS Code: 237310. Bid documents, drawings, and specifications will be made available for download via the web on or about April 9, 2004. Bid opening will be held April 29, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. local time, in Bldg. 206, 2nd floor, Room 216 at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical and Regional Office Center, Togus, Maine. All bids must be submitted to Bldg. 206, 2nd floor, Room 201 where they will be time and date stamped prior to bid opening.
