(CAGE 44695) part number VCI101 for NSN-1392, part number VCI-238 for NSN ?9361 and part number VCI-110 for NSN-2971. Unrestricted, Commercial, MSDS, QAP 251 for stock, quantity variance plus 5% minus 5% and ABVS applies. Estimated annual quantity (EAQ) 684 BX for NSN-1392, EAQ 198 BX for NSN-9361 and EAQ 1,149 EA for NSN-2971. All EAQ is for base year only. Stock Location SRG (Richmond, VA) and AQ5 (Tracy, CA). FOB Destination for stock, Inspection/Acceptance will be at Destination. Delivery schedule will be per NSN for stock location. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Reference notes 9, 23 and 26.
