Contracting Officer: Mike Colesar, 804-279-4491. Issue Date: April 12, 2004, Closing Date: May 12, 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. Subject item is unrestricted. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/acceptance at Origin, 110 days ARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a Base Year and four Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 78 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 112 each. Surge and Sustainment is not required in this solicitation.
