- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) is seeking proposals from business entities interested in supporting worldwide demand for pin rivets threaded. Solicitation SP0500-04-R-0056 is being issued to support this initiative for 5320 FSCs under FAR 13.5 ?Test Program for certain Commercial Items? The initial solicitation will require pricing for 51 core items, with a list of up to 65 additional NSNs to be evaluated and added as requirements arise. The listing of core and potential adds (universe) can be found at http://www.dscp.dla.mil/gi/general/scp_Ltc.htm) Award will be item-by-item. Prospective manufacturers should have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability. Subject solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis with the resultant contract being an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for two (2) base years with three (3) one-year options. Offers will be evaluated on past performance and price to determine the best overall value. Note 12 applies. Past performance will be equal to price. Solicitation SP0500-04-R-0056 is expected to be issued on 04/09/04. Solicitation may not become available until the solicitation issue date.
