- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO COMPETE A SUCCEEDING LEASE OF OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE IN ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA REQUIREMENT: The United States Government currently leases approximately 98,736 BOMA Rentable Square Feet of office and related space in Alexandria, VA. The Government is conducting a competition for this requirement. The Space should yield approximately 98,736 BOMA RSF (89,324 BOMA Office Usable) of office and related space. The Government will relocate if consideration of the economics involved and other factors proves favorable. The cost of moving, replications and impact on agency mission, among other things, will be considered in the relocation decision. Occupancy is required no later than December 31, 2004. Location: The delineated area for the offered location is as follows: NORTH: South Glebe Road EAST: Interstate 395 SOUTH: Sanger Avenue WEST: North Beauregard Street to Walter Reed Drive Terms: Five (5) year firm term, with one five (5) option.
