- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst intends to procure under a combination firm fixed price ? indefinte delivery/indefinte quantity type contract, Administrative Support Services to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, management, transportation, and other items or services in accordance with performance based requirements necessary to manage and operate various administrative functions at the Naval Air Engineering Station, Lakehurst, New Jersey and remote field offices located at Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, CA and the Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, San Diego, CA, and two (2)sites located at the Naval Air Station, Norfolk, VA. The administrative Support Services include, but are not limited to, the following activities: Travel Support, Personnel Support, Purchasing Support, Central Files, Customer Service Support, Fleet Technical Support, Technical Editing Support, Fleet Technical Support Off-Site, Correspondence Support Services, Procurement Support Services and Data Entry Support Services. All work is to be performed by personnel residing at the five (5) identified site locations and must be capable of receiving the proper security clearances necessary for the performance of the required duties. The procurement includes a base year with four (4) firm fixed priced - indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity option years for a total of five (5) years of service. Phase-in period is 01Oct2004 through 14Nov2004 with full standup 15Nov2004. Technical data in accordance with DD 1423s is also required. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.
