Description

SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING DRAWINGS, WILL BE AVAILABLE ON CD ONLY. Firms wishing to receive a CD must register via the Internet at http://www.nww.usace.army.mil/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. The work will consist of the installation of se curity structures and required associated demolition of existing features at the perimeter of the Walla Walla District Headquarters Building. Security structures to be installed include bollards; masonry low walls, designed backfill, and earthwork re-cont ouring; existing irrigation system modification and addition; vehicle barrier gates and electrical controls; lighting fixtures and associated wiring; and handicap parking pace installation, and grass and shrub planting. Demolition includes the removal of small trees, lighted bollards, and a portion of the existing irrigation system. Estimated time for completion of work is 180 days after receiving the notice to proceed. The estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The small business size s tandard is average annual receipts for the previous three fiscal years must not exceed $28,500,000. This is a set aside procurement IAW HUBZone set-aside procedures and FAR 19.1305. All responsible HUBZone business sources may submit an offer, which may be considered.
