- This is an amendment to the existing synopsis. The following paragraph should be inserted after - 'clean-up, concrete masonry, and welding.' and before 'Plans and specifications will be available...' This is a fixed price IDIQ contract for one(1) base year and up to four(4) option years. The total cumulative award amount for this indefinite delivery contract will not exceed $5,900,000 for the first year period. The contracting officer may exercise an option to extend the contract for a second, third, fourth, and fifth 1-year period with an additional cumulative amount not to exceed $5,900,000 each year. Should the $5,900,000 per year limit be reached prior to the passage of 365 days, an option period may be exercised for an additional $5,900,000 option year, not to exc eed a total duration of 5 years and $29,500,000.
