- This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with a base and 4 option years for a not to exceed total contract value of $10,000,000. Task orders will be issued under this contract for work in various locations in the scheduled are a. This work consists of constructing oyster habitat restoration areas at various locations on the Chesapeake Bay and it??????s tributaries, and work includes oyster shell dredging, oyster habitat construction and all other associated work. The Contractor will be required to dredge by bucket or clamshell dredge from Government-furnished fossilized oyster shell sites within Chesapeake Bay all oyster shell material on this contract. The Contractor, at his option, may procure oyster shell from stockpiled sourc es, subject to approval of the Government. The Contractor shall provide all necessary plant, labor, materials and equipment as indicated in the Contract Clauses, technical specifications and as identified in the respective Task Orders issued under this con tract. Applicable SIC code is 1629, with a small business size standard of $28.5 million. The NAICS code is 237990. The solicitation will be available on the internet only. No paper copies or CDs will be issued.
