- This notice is a modification to the advertisement, W912DR-04-S-0002. The TS/SCI requirement has been reduced to Top Secret. All other factors remain the same and the submittal date remains unchanged. The revised scope is as follows: The scope of this proposed contract encompasses a broad variety of minor repair, modification, rehabilitation, alterations and some new construction projects in support of The National Security Agency (NSA), US Secret Service, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Architect of the Capital, Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Support, Army Intelligence command, Special Operations Command and other customers within the supported secure community. Customers to be serviced by this contract will belong to secu re agencies. The type of work performed will be for secure and non-secure sites and will include: design-build, construction, demolition, HTRW redemption, labor, and equipment in support of new construction, facility maintenance, repair, remodeling, renov ation, or demolition, infrastructure, interior fit-up, and counter terrorism (including weapons of mass destruction) force protection. The intention of this notice is to obtain possible sources of companies that possess top-secret clearance as well as top secret-cleared personnel. It is requested that you furnish your technical capability statement and evidence of your Top Secret clearance. Also please identify your SBA size standard, such as 8A, Small Business, Hubzone, Woman-owned, Minority-owned, etc. Please note that it is required that your company be registered in the Contractors' Central Registration system (CCR), please see http://www.ccr.gov/index.cfm for additional information.
