- The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to purchase 23 Improved Data Modems (IDM). The procurement is for production and qualification of an IDM 304 hardware configuration in accordance with the IDM 304 Technical Data Package (TDP) and h ardware specifications, test IDM 304 hardware, repair IDM 304 hardware, and to perform engineering services as specified in the Statement of Work. This requirement will include a base year quantity of 23 IDM's with 4 option years with quantities of 122, 1 05, 161 and 154 respectively. Solicitation number is W58RGZ-04-R-0423. This solicitation is reserved for small business. NAICS code for this requirement is 334290. The small business standard size for this requiremnet is 750. Technical proposals will be required, and will be evaluated on a technically acceptable/technically unacceptable basis only. Technical proposals must be of sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirement. First Article testing and approval will be required. Intere sted offerors will be required to sign non-disclosure statements prior to the Government releasing the TDP.
