Description

Module, Control, Electronic Assembly; NSN 5998-01-292-9347; P/N 5-45-5026. Electric control module has printed circuit board assembly potted into a stainless steel potting box. Box is approximately 1.56 inches deep x 3.94 inches wide x 5.5 inches l ong. Components on circuit board are Relays, Green Led's, Resistors, Capacitors, Rectifiers, Diodes, and Connector. This solicitation is for a 5-year Requirements contract. Solicitation is a full and open competition. The anticipated maximum ordering q uantity over the life of the contract is 5000 each. A First Article Test (FAT) is required 150 days after award of contract. The Government may consider waiving FAT for those contractors that have previously produced this item. If FAT is required, deliv eries will commence 120 days after FAT has been approved. FOB DESTINATION. Estimated issue date is April 12, 2004. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501 and 5.102, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendor s wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It i s therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any said amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of the same.
