- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date for the solicitation to 09 April 2004 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time. 1.) The bid samples are due the same date as the proposals, which has been extended to 09 April 2004. 2.) The closing date for this solicitation is now, 09 April 2004 at 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time. 3.) A future amendment is scheduled for release that will update the original solicitation with all current and future amendments and help clarify questions received. 4.) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
