- Landscaping Services The US Army TACOM-ARDEC has a requirement for landscaping services at Building 1 and 34 on post. The requirements include providing all labor, supervision, equipment and materials to perform hedge trimming, shrub bed cleanup, red stone and red pea gravel replenishment, removal and disposal of railroad ties and concrete bumpers (Wheel-stops), installation of concrete bumpers (Wheel-stops), and wood chip installation in bed area. The work shall be performed for a firm fixed price. This is a one time job. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) can be downloaded from the following website located at http://procnet.pica.army.mil on or about March 25. The deadline for all proposals will be close of business on April 8, 2004.
