- Compile, write and print copies of the activities of Task Force Ironhorse as part of the Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). Research may be required as part of this project. Areas to be covered include: initial planning for the operation through Turke y, movement of 33,000 man task force from Ft. Hood to MODLOC, change of mission, RSOI in Kuwait, the attack North to secure key nodes, occupation of the Sunni Triangle AOR, daily activities to stabilize the environment, and redeployment. The history will also include operations conducted by the units of Task Force Ironhorse in their execution of building a better Iraq, to include the types of projects, funding and execution, and impact on Iraqi society. The North American Industry Classification System Co de applicable to this acquisition is 541990. The small business size standard is $6M. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this acquisition will be solicited from a single source with Mr. Robert Babcock, Marietta, GA. Interested persons may identify thei r interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Go vernment.
