PR Number(s): FD20200462263 Item: 0001 NSN: 6125-00-838-7075ZA PHASE SHIFTER ASSY P/N: 2016817-0501, Description: PURPOSE: to obtain contractual services for repair. this requirement is in support of the GA-GEODSS Program. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, parts and equipment necessary to accomplish this effort. Total Line Item Qty: 128.0000 EA Destn: FB2029,HILL AFB,UT.,84056-5713. Delivery - ARO Days: 060, 128.00 EA The anticipated award date will be:08APR2004 Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: PADGETT MACHINE SHOP INC., TULSA, OK.,74116-2120. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
