- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA8601-04-T-0047 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20. The acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated standard industrial classification (SIC) code is G003 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711219. The small business size standard is $6 million. The RFQ has Two (2) line items for Non Personal Services: LINE ITEM 0001: 155 (estimated) matches each: To furnish recreational level volleyball officials in accordance with the attached statement of work for the season period of performance (1) Tuesday Night Schedule: 30 Mar 04 through 8 Jun 04, and (2) Thursday Night Schedule: 1 Apr 04 through 17 Jun 04 LINE ITEM 0002: 140 (estimated) matches each: To furnish competitive level volleyball officials in accordance with the attached statement of work for the season period of performance 31 Mar 04 through 16 Jun 04. Rates shown on Wage Determination 94-2419, Revision 22, dated 06/04/2003 applies to this acquisition and may be found with the Statement of Work at the Website shown below. Solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial (Mar 2000) are hereby incorporated by reference. Award will be based upon best value to the government considering cost and technical acceptability. All offerors shall include with their offers a completed copy of provision 52.212- 3, Offeror Representations and Certification Commercial Items. Clause 52.212- 4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items (Dec 01), is hereby incorporated by reference.
