Part # BTVCR10, or equal 0004- DVD/CD Player: Front loading legacy DVD/CD player Mfg: Broadcast Vision Inc. Part # DVD74, or equal 0005- Mount: DVD/CD mount for DVDP74 Mfg: Broadcast Vision Inc. Part # DVDM85, or equal 0006- Kit: Marketing kit with 50 headphones Mfg: Broadcast Vision Inc. part # MRKT50, or equal 0007- Broadcastvision 2 year total warranty parts and labor, advance overnight quik-ship replacement for broken equipment Mfg: Broadcast Vision Inc. Part # EXTBTV, or equal 0008- Cost for freight (quote FOB Destination if possible) FOB: Destination for delivery to South Fitness Center 825 3rd Ave. Bldg 384, Sheppard AFB, TX 76311 This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F13VMP406506. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. North American Industrial Classification Standard 451110 , Size Standard, 500 Emp, applies to this procurement.IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13.
