Description: Purchase and install three, four pipe fan coil units with associated controls into an area approximately 21? wide by 21? deep by 86? high. Coils should have rating of 28000 BTUH cooling capacity and 48000 BTUH heating capacity. Units should also have variable or multiple speed fan rated at a minimum 750 CFM. Discharge must be at the top of the unit and operating noise level should be minimal. McQuay model HSS-08 with wall mounted T-stat or equal.
