- This request is a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. SINLEC-04-Q-0202. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed purchase order for 4 each Vehicle, New/Unused, 4 Door Sedan, Manual Transmission, Any engine size acceptable, Tinted Glass and Air Conditioning. US produced with standard manufacturer's warranty in Panama. Delivery will be to the US Despatch Agent in Miami, Florida for onward shipment to Panama. Packing and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment to CONUS destination and onward shipment to Panama via ocean freight to prevent damage and theft during shipment and handling. Prices should be quoted FOB destination Miami, Florida. Award will be made based on the basis of best value for the U.S. Government, price and technical attributes considered. Please provide estimated delivery ARO, Tax Identification Number and DUNS number with Bid proposal. This RFQ closes at 12:00 PM ET on April 1, 2004. Please provide your Quotation via FAX or E-Mail. All bidders must be listed in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov/ for possible contract award consideration.
