- This request is a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. SINLEC-04-Q-0017. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed purchase order for 675 each AN/PVS-7D NIGHT VISION GOGGLES, Generation III with soft and hard cases, headstrap, demisit shield, lanyard and manual. Delivery will be to Embassy forwarding Agent in Miami, Florida. Packaging, packing and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment to CONUS destination and onward shipment to Colombia via airfreight without repacking or incurring damage during shipment and handling. Prices should be quoted FOB destination Miami, Florida. Award will be made based on the basis of the best value for the U.S. Government, price and technical attributes considered. This RFQ closes at 12:00 PM ET on April 1, 2004. Please provide your Quotation via FAX or E-Mail. Please include delivery schedule ARO, Tax Identification Number TIN and DUNS Number. All bidders must be listed in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov/ for possible contract award consideration.
