- This project is for the construction of an on-site septic system including: installation of specified water and sewer lines; installation of three 1,500 gallon septic tanks; installation of pumping station consisting of pumps, controls and appurtenances; construction of drainfield; seeding and mulching; and demolition of existing sewage treatment system. This work is located at the Sutton Bluff Campground, Salem Ranger District, Mark Twain National Forest in Reynolds County, Missouri. Contract completion time is 60 calendar days after the effective date of the notice to proceed. Cost to the Government is not expected to the controlling factor in the selection of a contractor for this solicitation. The degree of importance of cost as a factor could become greater depending upon the quality of the proposals for other factors evaluated. The following factors will be used for evaluation of each proposal: Past Performance, Experience and Price. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
