- Description
- Replace Roofing and Siding. Project consists of removing existing roofing materials and installing new Standing Seam Metal roofing on four (4) buildings and installing Steel Shingle roofing on one (1) building. Also three (3) of five (5) buldings include removing existing gutters and downspouts, installing new seamless metal gutters and downspouts, and installing new metal siding. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a Best Value basis. No pre-bid conference will be held. Magnitude of project is between $25,000 to $100,000.
