- PR No: LTC04083019435; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Skin Repair TF39 Transcowl for the C-5 aircraft. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply Middle River Aircraft Systems (Cage 1B6R3. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1680-01-496-9255; P/N MRA0938-001; AEQ = 252 Base Year, 256 per Option Year; and Maximum Qty = 508 Base Year and 512 each for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Destination, 120 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 13 Apr 04. The anticipated award date is 17 July 04. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
