- Description
- DSCC is soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity Contract consisting of 3 NSNs with a combined annual total of 16,088 repair parts. The annual estimated dollar amount for the entire population is $262,151.20. The solicitation will be available on its? issue date of 09 April 2004. The requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. Offerors who are interested in submitting an offer/quote on this solicitation should contact Denise Broomfield (614) 692-4718 prior to the closing date, 07 May 2004. See Note 26. Specifications, plans or drawings are available on the applicable NSN. To obtain a CD-ROM for drawings, contact the Long Term Contract Drawing monitor via e-mail: drawingmonitor@dscc.dla.mil. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the Basic year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Items will be shipped to various conus locations. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Items will be shipped to various locations within conus. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to subject Request for Proposal, issuance date 09 April 2004.
