- DSCC: SOL No: SP0920-04-R-X875, NSN 5965-01-230-2350. Item: Microphone, LineArm, Other than full and open competition applies. Approved source: Astrocom Electronics (18068) P/N D6002568. Only written proposals will be accepted. A FFP-12 month (365 day) Indefinite Quantity (IQ) Contract, two (2) Option Years anticipated. Increments solicited are: 200-399, 400-699, 700-999, 1000-1299, 1300-1599, 1600-2000. Delivery 90 days. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. All shipments are to be CONUS, FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance Orgin. The alternate offeror is required to provide a complete data package, including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. ISSUE DATE: 15 APR 04 Note: Solicitation will be posted on the web on the issue date and will only be available on the web. http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
