NOTE: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web approximately 17 days after this notice is published. The DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Indefinite Quantity Contract (365 days basic with TWO EA. 365 days with option periods) is anticipated.
