Description: Relocate floating dock from the east side of the Westin Hotel located on the Savannah River, Savannah Ga to its designated location at Ocean Terminal Savannah Ga by 1 May 2004. Furnish aluminum gangway for the duration of the Summit until approximately June 14 2004 when the floating dock will be returned to its original location on the river.
