- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to revise Synopsis/Solicitation Number N00173-04-R-RS05 to incorporate a non-mandatory Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause; to provide information concerning a scheduled site visit, and to extend the closing date for submission of proposals. 1. The clause at FAR 52.237-1 entitled Site Visit is hereby incorporated into this solicitation. 2. A scheduled site visit for inspection of Government facilities and equipment will be held on 30 March 2004 at 1330 local time. Pursuant to FAR 52.237-1, Offeror's interested in attending the site visit referenced above shall provide the NRL-SSC Contracting Office Point of Contact referenced in the synopsis/solicitation with a list of proposed attendees no later than close of business 25 July 2004. Attendee lists shall be forwarded to: NRL Code 3235/RS or PL at fax number 228-688-6055, and shall reference the synopsis/solicitation number. Offerors shall also provide their attendees security clearance to: Security Office, NRL Code 1224, fax number 202-767-3990, and shall reference the synopsis/solicitation number as well as the date and time of the scheduled site visit. Offerors may send no more than two (2) attendees to the scheduled site visit. 3. The closing date for submission of proposals against this synopsis/solicitation is hereby extended to 16 April 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-MAR-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
