YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST. **TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED** (EMAIL: lillie.williams@redstone.army.mil ) This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, U.S.C., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be re leased outside the United Stated without prior approval of the Government. This proposed acquisition, for Improved Bradley Acquisition System (IBAS), spares, consisting of item described as, NOUN: Target Acquisition System, NSN: 5865-01-462-8514, PN: 1358 8671. The current known quantity for this item is 13 each. This proposed acquisition is for a requirements contract which will be segregated into three (3) program periods with orders to be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. However, t his does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period. The total maximum quantity is 43. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release o f solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule 110 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all reques ts for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified sources. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and qua lity requirements, is not available. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms, or others intereste d in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. Restricted Source(s) are Raytheon Systems Company 2501 W. University, P.O. Box 801, McKinney, TX 75070-0801 (vendor code 96214), and DRS Optronics Inc., 2330 Commerce Park Dr, N.E., Palm Bay, FL 32905 (vendor code 32865).
