Description

The U.S. Coast Guard has a need for Aircraft Washing Services at the Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point, Hawaii. The planned acquisition is for a fixed-price contract with possible indefinite delivery indefinite quantity line item(s). The procurement will be a commercial FAR Part 12 acquisition using FAR Part 13.5 procedures. Price, technical compliance, past performance, and financial information will be required. The period of performance is anticipated to be 01 April 2003 through 30 September 2004, with four, one year options. The solicitation will contain specific information and updates. The solicitation should be issued on or about February 17, 2003, without further notice. The solicitation will only be issued via FedBizOps Electronic Posting System at www.eps.gov under Vendors, DHS, United States Coast Guard, Commander (fcp) USCG Maintenance and Logistics Command – Pacific, Alameda, CA. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Telephone requests for solicitation package will not be taken. NAICS code is 561720, with a size standard of $14,000,000. All interested, capable, HubZone firms are encouraged to download a copy of the forthcoming solicitation and supporting documents from EPS immediately upon posting to ensure that required timeframes are met. Firms are encouraged to register for notification of any amendments to the solicitation.
