- 01 GENERAL 1. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision needed to remove, discard and replace existing carpet tiles and base. 2. Successful offeror shall have an established primary or secondary place of business in the Minneapolis metropolitan area. 02 EXTENT OF WORK 1. Remove and dispose of existing carpet tile & base properly. (See print for furniture layout? cubicles and file cabinets) 2. Level all electrical duct access panels where they have recessed below grade. 3. Install new GSA supplied carpet tiles per manufacturers directions. Furnish & install base in color to be selected by Contracting Officer. 4. All work to be preformed outside normal Business hours (6:00AM to 6:00PM) 5. All disposed carpet tile must be removed from the premises. 03 MATERIAL All materials shall be new, unused products designed for there intended use, of commercial grades and shall meet all trade Federal, state and local standards and codes. 04 WORKMANSHIP 1. All work must be done in a timely and workmanship-like manner by professional craftspersons. All employees must meet the GSA minimum-security requirement Of submitting a Statement of Personal History & completed finger print cards. 2. Contractor is responsible for daily clean up of the project site and disposal of all work related scraps and debris. 3.
