- Requirement: The Federal Government is interested in leasing approximately 2,500 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space, and approximately 1,800 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of warehouse space. Unique Requirements: All space shall be contiguous. Federal tenant requires a minimum of three secured parking spaces. Location: North: Route 657 (Ashcake Rd.), East: SR 301, South: Parham Rd., and West: SR 1 Lease Term/Occupancy: Ten years; five years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 2004. Expression of interest shall be submitted to the address shown below no later than April 5, 2004 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet and ANSI/BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
