- ANY REQUESTS MUST BE WITH YOUR COMPANY NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE AND FAX NUMBER, PLEASE NO EMAILS UNABLE TO ACCESS IT. The U S Naval Academy has a requirement to purchase the following Martinez and Turek, parts for the ASDS Land Transport Vehicle. Clin 0001 ? Sliding Flight Pad Assembly ? 4 Each. Martinez and Turek are the manufacture for these parts. It is the intention of the Government to award this contract on a sole source basis to Martinez and Turek, 300 South Cedar Ave., Rialto CA pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract action is for equipment for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, the Government shall consider all proposals received with five (5) days after date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
