- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City (NSWC-PC) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Klein Associates for the procurement of spare parts for a Klein 5000 Series Side Scan Sonar sub assembly AN/SQH-4B. This acquisition is unsuitable for competition because the parts are proprietary to Klein, the original equipment manufacturer.
