- he Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Broadband synthesizer, 10MHz to 3 GHz frequency, Part Number BBS-3303 (Quantity ? 8 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Communication Techniques, Inc. for unique capability. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
