Description

The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to acquire Power Supply Assembly Secure Voice Unit; NSN: 6130-01-165-4616. This procurement is a sole source buy under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a) (1) to Power Functions Eng. Inc, Garland, TX. This acquisition will be awarded based on simplified acquisition procedures. The requirement will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for a quantity of 40 each. Delivery schedule will be 20 units, 120 days after contract award, 10 units, 150 days after contract award, and 10 units, 180 days after contract award. A 100% option is included which may be exercised anytime up to 100 days prior to last production delivery.
