Description

The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to acquire Five Spare Parts for the AN/VVS-2 (V) as follows: NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER 5 YR PROJECTED GUARANTEED DRAWING ITEM NAME TOTAL QTY QUANTITY NUMBER 5855-01-122-9417 Maximum Qty Minimum Qty MOUNT HOUSING ASSY 500 70 SM-D-771456-1 5855-01-047-9267 HOUSING ASSEMBLY, MAIN 400 61 SM-D-771335-1 5855-01-122-9416 PLATE ASSY 100 6 SM-D-771474-1 5855-01-027-3621 OBJECTIVE LENS ASSY 500 95 SM-D-771334 5855-01-433-7009 EYEPIECE LENS ASSY 1000 50 SM-D-771327-2 This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. This acquisition will be awarded based on Sealed Bidding procedures. Solicitation will include first article testing, test report, test plan and various data items as required. The requirement will be a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type cont ract. Shipments are to be FOB Destination. Delivery schedule is as follows: NSN 5855-01-122-9417 with First Article, the contractor shall deliver 25 units, 180 days after the delivery order is placed and 25 units/month thereafter until completion. Without First Article, the contractor shall deliver 25 units, 120 days after the de livery order is placed and 25 units/month thereafter until completion. NSN 5855-01-047-9267 With First Article, the contractor shall deliver 25 units, 180 days after the delivery order is placed and 25 units/month thereafter until completion. Without First Article, the contractor shall deliver 25 units, 120 days after the d elivery order is placed and 25 units/month thereafter until completion. NSN 5855-01-122-9416 The contractor shall deliver 10 units, 120 days after the delivery order is placed and 20 units/month thereafter until completion. NSN 5855-01-027-3621 With First Article, the contractor shall deliver 25 units, 240 days after the delivery order is placed and 50 units/month thereafter until completion. Without First Article, the contractor shall deliver 25 units, 180 days after the de livery order is placed and 50 units/month thereafter until completion. NSN 5855-01-433-7009 With First Article, the contractor shall deliver 25 units, 240 days after the delivery order is placed and 50 units/month thereafter until completion. Without First Article, the contractor shall deliver 25 units, 180 days after the de livery order is placed and 50 units/month thereafter until completion. Packing shall be in accordance with Standard Practice for Commercial Packing (ASTM D 3951-98).
