- The Fresno California Air National Guard Base wishes to replace a UNICUS II20-E3 Breathing Air Compressor and CO Monitor with Calibration Kit. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classificatio n System (NAICS) code is 333912 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Interested bidders are reminded that IAW DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registry, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Cent ral Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov.
