- New Parent Support Program Plus services for Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Army's program for expectant/new parents is community-based prevention program that expands the existing Family Advocacy Program (FAP). Service delivery is accomplished through outreach to expectant and new parents and their families. The New Parent Support Program Plus (NPSP+) provides services through Home Visitors to at-risk parents and families. The home visitors teach and mo del parenting and coping skills that greatly reduce the risk of abuse. The requirement is for one (1) full-time equivelent (FTE) Social Worker/Lead and one (1) FTE Home Visitor. Solicitation to be released on or about 6 April 2004.
