- This is a proposed sole source acquisition to Directorate of Morale Welfare and Recreation (DMWR) Lodging Office, 140 Replacement Avenue, Bldg 470, Suite 1202, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri 65473. The acquisition will be to provide on post housing for nationalized service members in transit from temporary to permanent duty stations. All responsible sources may request additional information and submit a bid, proposal or quotation which will be considered by the Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Co ntracting, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. If no bid, proposal or quotation are received an award will be made to DMWR, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
