Description

Fort Lewis is soliciting for a contractor to provide On-Line Computer Technology Program for soldiers and their families. This is a synopsis for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with add itional information included in this notice. This is a firm fixed-price, requirements type contract. This procurement will consist of a Base Period, 1 August 2004 thru 31 July 2005, with four one-year option periods. This requirement is unrestricted. Th is solicitation W911S8-04-R-0010 is being issued as a Request for Proposal. NAICS code: 611420 and size standard is $6 mil. Telephonic requests will not be accepted. All requests for this solicitation must be faxed to Ms. Sharon Hastings at (253) 967-2772 or e-mailed to sharon.hastings@lewis.army.mil, (email is preferred) providing the business size, Dun & Bradstreet number and CAGE code. In order to receive an award from the Department of the Army, a contractor shall be registered with the Central Contrac tor Registration (CCR). All faxed requests must include an e-mail address. When issued, the solicitation will be available by downloading from the Directorate of Contracting web site at http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc. The estimated issue date for this solic itation is 7 April 2004.
