- Description
- This is a sole source, spares requirement for NSN 5895-01-447-3836 BZ, P/N 2230-0805-03-1, Control Indicator, APPL: MH053J/M helicopter. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 3 EA, a basic year option with a quantity range of 1-2 EA, and a first out year option with a quantity range of 1-2 EA. Destination: Robins AFB GA, Delivery: 30 April 2005. Firm fixed price contract to Cage Code 0CDN3, DRS Engineering Development Labs, Inc., 4391 Dayton-Xenia Road, Dayton, OH 45432-1803. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
