- 42 -- Fire fighting, rescue & safety equipment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-04-T-0020. The solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-20 and Defense Acquisition Change Notice (DCN): 20040223. This Solicitation is set-aside for a small business, the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 4240. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339113 and the size standard is 500 employees. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), Edwards AFB, CA has a requirement for the following: CLIN 0001, Furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and transportation necessary to design, build, and install fall arresting systems at Building 1622 the statement of work and drawings can be obtained by contacting the primary Point of Contact listed below. System shall meet all OSHA requirements. Offerors interested in doing business, and receiving a copy of the Solicitation must register on the Fed Biz Ops website. NO HARD COPIES OF THE PACKAGE WILL BE ISSUED. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 2001). This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
