- Description
- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB FL, has a requirement for nonpersonal services for the operation and management of the Centralized Appointment Call Center and Referral Management Center. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, and labor for the operation of the centralized appointment call center, referral management center, primary care manager by name desk, TriCare Plus enrollment; appointment desks for the family health, family practice, pediatric clinic, internal medicine clinic, and flight medicine clinic at Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field FL. The anticipated base period of performance will be 1 July 2004 through 30 June 2005, with four, one-year option periods, all of which will be included in the evaluation for award. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 561421 and the corresponding size standard is $6.0 million. Firms responding should indicate if they are qualified as a small business against this size standard. The anticipated date to issue the solicitation is 5 April 2004. Paper copies of the solicitation will NOT be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the Electronic Posting System (EPS), which can be accessed at http://www.fedbizops.gov. No telephone calls or written requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web page frequently and obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this requirement. Relevant information regarding a pre-proposal conference/site visit will be announced in the future solicitation package. IMPORTANT NOTICE: You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov. See Numbered Note 1.
