- PR YPG04071000940, NSN 4920-01-500-5246 REPAIR KIT, AIRCRAFT, MAINTENANCE, Boeing Helicopter, Cage 77272, P/N 145G0333-1, DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Qty 4 EA, Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD) Ft. Campbell KY, Inspection/Acceptance/FOB: Origin, QAP 001, Delivery ? 126 Days ARO. The end item is the CH-47 Helicopter. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM?s Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a Letter Solicitation will be utilized. However, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. Item is not used in the commercial sector. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS).
