- Description
- This notice is to advertise the intent solicite an IQC solicitation for 35 NSNs from both DSCC and DSCP. These part-number items are sole source to Goodrich Pump Engine Control Systems Inc. (11599)., Requirement is for FOB Destination with both inspection and acceptance at either destination or origin., All NSNs are available for download via the Internet/World Wide Web., multiple FSCs will be covered but the majority are 3020,3040,4730,5305,5330,5340,5310, and 5360., The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of April 6, 2004., Specifications, plans or drawings are not available., The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years., This is an unrestricted acquisition., This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)., Approved sources include (see the website http://www.dscccols.com/programs/corporate_contracts/cc.asp), While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation., If you have any questions please call Mary Jo Coffey at 614-692-4617., This synopsis is for the procurement of commercial items., The following provision for commercial items apply, FAR2.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and clause 52.212-5., See note 12.
